Cara Atwell
Co-Founder/Lead Investigator
Native to Vancouver, WA, I have lived all over the West Coast. I work at a pediatric clinic and enjoy hiking, reading, and spending time with my friends and family. I had some paranormal experiences when I was younger and have since yearned for the chance to document proof of paranormal existence. I co-founded PERS because I want to be able to help people who are experiencing paranormal activity. It has been a great experience to learn about the latest breakthroughs in paranormal research and technology, and I am eagerly looking forward to the day when one of the paranormal theories out there is ultimately proven.

Annie Presler
Co-Founder/Lead Investigator
I was born and raised in Vancouver, Washington, and I will probably live here for the rest of my life. A parent of a 5-year old boy and veterinary technician, I enjoy traveling, reading, hiking, and scary movies. I am passionate about animals and constantly advocate for their care. I have been interested in the paranormal since I was a child. Having seen and heard many strange things in my life, I had to know more. I finally got the opportunity to become a paranormal researcher, then started my own paranormal research team, PERS, and I am having a great time. I am very practical and sensible when it comes to paranormal activity. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and abilities with the team.
